There is no charge to you and no obligation. You are not added to a list that several suppliers then call. What happens after the introduction is between you and the supplier — their terms, their timescales.

Why lease timing matters

Managed print agreements typically run three to five years, and the practical moment to change anything is the few months before the current one ends. It is the first thing we ask, because it determines whether there is anything useful to do right now.
